Our spacious lodge provides a comfortable stay with a range of amenities, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience. For an intimate, private experience, the entire house is rented exclusively to single groups.
Guinea Fowl Lodge offers the following facilities:

- Underfloor heating in all bathrooms and two downstairs bedrooms
- Inverter powering the upstairs TV, DStv and Wi-Fi during loadshedding

- 5000 litre standby water tank
- Gas fireplace in the upstairs lounge (gas can be pre-arranged at an additional cost)
- Open-plan lounge and dining room
- Fully equipped kitchen upstairs with a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, frying pan, bowls, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, etc.
- Kitchenette downstairs
- 'Bosberaad' table with 8 - 10 chairs in the downstairs area
- Patio, braai and deck areas
- Light housekeeping services from Monday to Saturday, which includes bed making, dishwashing, sweeping and bathroom cleaning (excludes Christmas Day and New Year's Day)
- Secure parking with a lock-up garage, carport and ample safe street parking
Please Note:
- Our establishment is not pet-friendly.
- We are not wheelchair-friendly due to external staircases from the parking area to the main house and to the downstairs level.
- Guests are required to provide names and cellphone numbers for us to issue and send access codes, which are needed to access the estate at the security gate.
- Additionally, all guests must abide by The Clarens Golf & Leisure Estate House Rules during their stay.
